With more than 30 years of experience managing small businesses at nearly every level, Jesse Dudley has been involved in a diverse mixture of buying and selling small businesses spanning his career.  Accordingly, Jesse Dudley offers a unique and uncommon perspective in his approach to buying or selling businesses.

As a Board Member for D & J Wood Resources, Inc., of Tempe, Arizona, between 1989-2001, Jesse Dudley was charged with both strategic development and marketing for the company during that period.  Both areas became instrumental in the organization’s 30% plus maintained growth over the course of a decade, resulting in the organization’s sale to Lumber Products in September of 2001.  As the General Manager for D & J Wood Resources facilities in Cottonwood, Arizona and Albuquerque, New Mexico during that period, Mr. Dudley was charged with all aspects of both start-ups—from concept to the eventual and day-to-day oversight of the operations at both facilities.    Following the sale of D & J Wood Resources, Inc. in 2001, Mr. Dudley assumed the role of the Industrial Products Manager for the Albuquerque operations of OrePac Building Products in 2003, more than doubling industrial product sales in less than six months at which point he and his wife of 30 years, Jannette Dudley, decided to transition entirely to a new industry. 

Mr. Dudley started the J Dudley & Associates Residential Real Estate Team in 2004 and became the 3rd highest producing team at Coldwell Banker Legacy by 2005, their first full year in the industry.   Anticipating changes in the real estate industry in 2007 though, Mr. Dudley opted to create PS Companies, LLC in 2008, which helped to diversity the company in order to offset anticipated declines ahead of the real estate bubble.  Four additional companies resulted—PS Companies, LLC; PS Property Management & Real Estate, LLC; PS Facility Maintenance, LLC; and Property Solutions Specialists, LLC—each intended to diversify the organization and to serve as holding companies for business and property investments held through an anticipated recession.   A small commercial cleaning company was acquired by June 2008.  Additional services and businesses were added, the company was developed and was eventually sold, in 2016, at the conclusion of the recession. 

On a personal side, Jesse Dudley spends his time volunteering at the Lion’s Club, spending his Friday nights helping with Bingo to raise money for the local community. Mr. Dudley serves as the First Vice-Present of the Moriarty Lion’s Club and the Lion’s Club Business Builders in Albuquerque, New Mexico.   Additionally, Jesse is the Lion’s Club Global Leadership Chairman for District 40 North and the Lion’s Club Global Membership Chairman for the NM/AZ MD40 Multiple District Board.
