Bob has more than thirty years’ experience spanning the fields of capital formation, management, management consulting; business planning; integration; information systems planning, design, construction, and implementation; and marketing and sales. In sales, marketing, and product management for Unisys Corporation Bob helped introduce several major IT products.  As a services manager, he participated in several large technology planning, systems integration and systems development for state and local governments.

Bob has served as chairman of several non-profits and as a board member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Forum. He has experience in:

Bob holds an MBA with honors from the Peter F Drucker Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics with honors from Arizona State University.

He was chairman and then chairman emeritus of the Texas Business Group, and formerly partner of the Forte Group, a Houston-based industry consolidation group.

As an adjunct professor in the graduate programs at Houston Baptist University and at the University of St. Thomas he created and taught management, marketing, information technology, project management, and ethics courses. As chair of the management department of the International Independent Business University he created online courses in motivation and in leadership. He also is a trained facilitator certified by Leadership Strategies, Inc. and an internationally published author on marketing and business.

He carries FINRA Series 79, Investment Banking Representative and FINRA Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent Law certifications and is a FINRA registered investment bank representative.

Bob is President of the Mergers and Acquisitions Forum, a member of the Academy of Management, the American Management Association, Beta Gamma Sigma (international business honor society), and Omicron Delta Epsilon (international economics honor society), and is an Accredited Fellow of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB) and a founding member of the IIB Executive Coaching Programmer.
